Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Across Pakistan
We deliver orders across Pakistan using trusted courier services, including TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, Trax, and other reliable courier partners depending on the destination and availability.

Estimated delivery time:

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to orders delivered within Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across eligible locations. Please provide an accurate phone number and complete delivery address when placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through your registered phone number, email, or courier tracking system.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Please carefully check your delivery information before placing your order. GHOUSIA LACE is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we'll assist you in checking its status with the courier. If a package is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos/videos of the package and products so we can assist you.
